Grand Pacific Group (GPG) are a successful wedding and events group responsible for managing four incredible and iconic Sydney venues; The Tea Room QVB, Gunners Barracks, Sergeants Mess and Dunbar House.
The previous website was a poor user experience, not mobile friendly, had a low level of information required by prospects and wasn't providing enquiries. So their aim was to develop a new website that delivered an increasing and consistent quality of corporate leads.
The solution involved designing a user focused website that lived up to the sophisticated and international standard the GPG brand represents. As well as designing a new user experience and visually showcasing their incredible venues, locations, spaces and food.
Among the outcomes were a reduction in the cost per lead and an increase in the conversion rate which provides a positive return on the marketing investment.
